Mobile Fitness is a unique concept in that individuals don't have to leave the comfort of their home to workout.  Mobile Fitness let's you train at a time and place that is convenient and comfortable for you.  I work around your schedule. I provide all equipment for your workout session.  All you need is small space in which to workout.

Another unique concept is that individuals do not get roped into long, drawn out contracts that many gyms require you to sign.  You can purchase as many workout sessions as you wish for a flat session rate.  Most of my clients purchase a month at a time to keep them motivated to workout to meet their personal health and fitness goals.  But, it is strictly up to you as an indiviual.

I will  provide you with much more than just your standard workout routine.  I individualize each workout program as everyone has a different need and/or goal.  I design workout programs to help you meet your specific goals.  My workout programs are geared toward you getting the results you desire while not causing you pain during and  after a workout session.  I DO NOT design circuit workouts as they are not as effective.

As part of your workout package, I will provide you with a diet plan that best fits your needs and lifestyle.  A good nutrition plan is just as important as any exercise program.

For the past twenty years, Garry has been improving the lives of many dedicated Lexington, KY residents. He is selective about the clients he accepts into his training programs. He admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous about of discipline and determination. But Garry's techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.

Garry holds a bachelor's degree in Sports Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY.
He is certified by ISSA & ASFA and is recognized as a Certified Personal Trainer.
